1 pkg (12-oz) butterscotch chips
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 may (12-oz) peanuts
1 may (4-oz) Shoestring Potatoes

In a double boiler over very hot water, melt the butterscotch chips with the peanut butter. When completely melted and smooth, remove from the heat. Stir in the peanuts and the potatoes until mixed in. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow to cool before attempting to handle. Store in an airtight container.

VERY QUICK PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS
1 pkg (20-oz) refrigerated peanut butter cookies
Granulated sugar
36 chocolate candy kisses

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll the balls in sugar. Place the balls with regards to 2-inches isolated on ungreased cookie sheets.

Place saucepan in a more prominent pan of cold water. Beat until of propagating consistency. If icing becomes too thick, beat in 1 to 2 teaspoons more milk. Use to ice your bestloved cake.

SUNSHINE PUDDING
1 pkg (4-serving size)vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg (4-serving size)orange flavored gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
ice cubes

Prepare the pudding mix according to the package directions using only 1 1/2 cups of milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold into the whipped topping. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses or cups. Chill.

Dissolve the orange gelatin in the boiling water, stirring until gelatin is wholly dissolved. Combine the cold water and sufficient ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add the ice water to the gelatin; stir until thickened. Remove any remaining ice.

Beat the gelatin with an electric mixer until doubled in volume. Spoon over the pudding.

Note: Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a thin orange slice, if desired.
